Liked: At the last minute we had to cancel, the manager would not work with us at all, they kept the entire amount they charged us for our room, and you know they rented it to someone else that night. So they basically stole our money a day before from the debit card we used to reserve the room that we were supposed to pay for upon arrival. In case of any emergency that may arise, I do not recommend booking with this hotel, they will not be nice, nor complimentary but plain rude and will refuse to refund even part of your money. Booking.com even requested a refund and they refused them. I spoke with the hotel personally and was treated like garbage over the phone. Do not recommend staying here.
Disliked: Was supposed to be pay up on arrival and free cancellation...they charged the debit card we put down at booking a day prior to our arrival. We were unfortunately unable to keep our booking, and they refused even a partial refund. But you know they booked our room with another party and was paid for the nights stay, double by stealing our money. Good luck on a refund or free cancellation if you book a room here. Also they are extremely rude over the phone when it comes to asking for any kind of refund, it will be refused.

Liked: Food was great. Would definitely come back again and stay at this place. Was very close to the event we attended. Lots of place to get food near by. The pool was awesome as well. Thanks for a great experience.

Disliked: We would like the pool to be heated, but it was cold. Also above the pool on the ceiling was Leaking. I have told the staff about it also so it can be fixed..
