Liked: The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
Disliked: Nothing. It was great!!

Disliked: Coming yesterday afternoon and the lady at check in was really rude and seemed bothered by us. We got our key and returned in few minutes because the room was very dirty and sheets wasn’t changed ( lipstick on the pillowcase,yellow stain on sheet etc ). She immediately excused they don’t have enough housekeepers and housekeeper manager wasn’t in the work etc. She changed our room but to be honest it wasn’t much better. I cleaned myself the bathroom because I was tired after long drive to change room again. Breakfast wasn’t good,never been in Holiday Inn where wasn’t cinnamon rolls in the morning. Butter tasted expired,there was no yogurts at all,omelette wasn’t good either. I was very disappointed. I would never stay here again. Worse Holiday Inn I ever been !

Liked: The rooms were clean and spacious. Nice coffee pot. The shower was really nice never been in a hotel with that nice of a shower. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: The room we was in the bed made a creaking noise when you moved. One family member said their room smelled of cigarettes. We wasn't aware that they had rooms that allowed smoking.

Holiday Inn was one of...

Liked: Property was surrounded by restaurants, grocery/department stores, gas stations, and other shops. The place was SO clean and the staff were all so nice from when i checked in to when i checked out.
Disliked: I cant complain about a single thing my entire stay

This was a nice hotel....

Liked: Very clean! Great shower! Kids loved the pool!
Disliked: We could’ve used a few extra towels in the room. At 8am the third floor smelled like someone smoked weed all night.

Disliked: No positive vibe from check-in reception. I mentioned to her that I needed to use the bathroom really bad. She continued checking me in with no concern. At the time, I didn’t know I needed my room key to use the bathroom. She could have explained that. But, the overall stay was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the dining and lobby service was great!
