Liked: It was next to decent restaurants
Disliked: The front desk staff was also the owner I believe. He was also the maintenance and housekeeping. They were having air conditioning and electrical problems and they were just telling people as they showed up that the reservation was canceled. The pool was also closed. The bathroom was not clean and very tiny. They would also only give me two towels for a family of four

Liked: The locations is great! Their breakfast is sooo yummy!! We always enjoy the rooms!
Disliked: The hot tub is still not working and the pool was cold.

Is this location a truck...

Disliked: This location has changed and not for the better. Updates were poorly done. No hot coffee 24/7 at the front like always before. When I asked about coffee i was told to use the pot in the room. It was filthy and had a coffee pod in it still from the person who stayed in the room before me. And the MOST disappointing thing was the breakfast. Our family travels a lot. We mainly stay Holiday Inn because of the breakfast. It has always been consistent. This holiday inn gives all the others a bad name. Nobody wants literal watered down sausage gravy. It is supposed to be gravy... not soup. And, the milk. Why am I pouring my milk out of nasty container that has been touched by everyone else... when did we get rid of the individual cartons? Whoever is running this one now is a joke. We travel to this location frequently to visit family. From now on we will completely avoid this hotel. I'd much rather drive through comfort inns horrible parking lot to stay there or deal with the crappy traffic in/out of the Hampton Inn than EVER stay at this holiday inn again.

Liked: The rooms were the highlight. Honestly, it was probably one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had away from home ever. Quality bedding.
Disliked: Nothing of note

Liked: The breaksfast was very pleasant and plentiful. Staff was very pleasant and courteous.
Disliked: no king bed available even tho was option when reserving room. Confused as very few cars in parking lot. the 2 queen beds were not made properly. I had to remake them as the sheet on both beds were like they were short sheeted - old prank. Remote control in room didn't work properly. power button controlled the channels, the number 5 was the on/off.

Liked: The property was very clean considering it was a full hotel.
Disliked: Two things, one we did not get the room that I had paid for. We ended up with 1 bed. My boys and I were there for a wrestling tournament and they did sleep well due to us only having one bed. Not able to eat breakfast because it was hard for staff to keep up!
