Liked: Breakfast was hot and fresh.
Disliked: The fact that we weren't able to.get to sleep until after 4am because of the people above us. They were loud and noise Stompng constanstly.. Sounded like they were coming through our ceiling. We were not happy about this. We had be up.by 730

Disliked: Water Pressure in the shower was very low

Liked: The rooms are always clean and staff is amazing.
Disliked: We stay at this hotel several times a year. This time the drain in the bathtub was slow when taking a shower. You were standing in a couple of inches of water the whole time. Breakfast has always been great, but this time the biscuits were raw in the middle couldn't eat them. We went through 4 biscuits before we found one that wasn't raw.

Liked: The cleanliness of our room and the hotel Breakfast was good.
Disliked: In our room, above air conditioner/heater it was a mess!! Apparently there has been a longtime leak from rain and cold so the plaster and paint was pealing off the wall!! Terrible looking!!!

Liked: Worst breakfast ever as no food available plus turkey sausage was fry and tasted stale. Staffing was limited as many rooms needed cleaned and upper management was terrible due to employees leaving. Room had blinds not working and fridge needed thawed out. Staff was working hard but limited
Disliked: Breakfast as no supplies as it was terrible

Liked: It was next to decent restaurants
Disliked: The front desk staff was also the owner I believe. He was also the maintenance and housekeeping. They were having air conditioning and electrical problems and they were just telling people as they showed up that the reservation was canceled. The pool was also closed. The bathroom was not clean and very tiny. They would also only give me two towels for a family of four

Liked: I would not know.. They canceled my reservation with less than 24 hours notice. I didn’t know I had no place to stay until I landed at the airport.
Disliked: I Found out later a large church group had arrived on coach buses, and I believe they gave my room away to the large to group, or they double booked my room and did not know until literally six hours before I arrived.
