It was quite- would opt...

Liked: Very friendly staff and good location.
Disliked: We had a king size bed and when the other person rolled over the whole bed shook.

Liked: My reservation was correct.
Disliked: Elevator wasn't working for handicap individuals. My room on 3rd floor. Pool, gym wasn't working doing my stay.

Not worth your money

Liked: Staff were friendly, easy to access
Disliked: Wifi didnt work on the 3rd floor where our room was, there was no notification that the pool services were being renovated so disappointed kids, the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up and down the stairs, not accessible for those with disability needs. Windows were dirty with streaks all over there. Was registered for 4 guests in our room but only provided with two towels.

Liked: Breakfast was hot and fresh.
Disliked: The fact that we weren't able to.get to sleep until after 4am because of the people above us. They were loud and noise Stompng constanstly.. Sounded like they were coming through our ceiling. We were not happy about this. We had be up.by 730

We love the holiday inn...

Liked: The rooms are always clean and staff is amazing.
Disliked: We stay at this hotel several times a year. This time the drain in the bathtub was slow when taking a shower. You were standing in a couple of inches of water the whole time. Breakfast has always been great, but this time the biscuits were raw in the middle couldn't eat them. We went through 4 biscuits before we found one that wasn't raw.
