Liked: Manager was so friendly and kind. Bathroom was super clean.

Who else should I contact?...
Liked: I won’t be doing business with Holiday Inn or Booking.com anymore. I still can’t get my bill straightened out.
Disliked: I am still trying to get my bill straightened out. Both Booking.com and Holiday Inn Express Akron/Canton have received $1024.80 from me. I have tried and tried to contact Holiday Inn. I am told no o e from management is in. I have left my phone number and no one calls me back.

Fine after a miserable front desk experience
Liked: Property was fine
Disliked: The woman at the desk when. We checked in attempted to give us king rooms instead of the two queen rooms we had reserved. She persisted in sayin g that since we booked through booking she could give us what she wanted. She was the antithesis if customer service. She should not be in a position that interacts with the public - very belligerent. Would not listen to reason. Fortunately there was an Asian gentleman working he desk that was able to resolve the situation. Though he did not address the miserable attitude of his co worker. My understanding, by reading the terms, is that booking through booking.com is the same as booking with the hotel itself and that the hotel can not just ignore the reservation action. Please let me know if this is incorrect.
