Recommended for short stays

Liked: Only stayed one night. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful . A bit dated rooms but has everything we needed.
Disliked: Not much sound proofing

The most wonderful staff I...

Liked: The staff were amazing! Friendly,helpful and going above and beyond when we experienced a problem with our room which was not the staffs fault. I have booked again for when we have a concert at the O2 in a few weeks. It does make our travel time into central London longer but I would rather stay somewhere with such wonderful staff and travel a bit further.

Good stay

Liked: Friendly staff.Requested a travel cot and it was in the room when we arrived.Good section for breakfast.
Disliked: Lift broke down and we were on the top floor with a pram, baby and toddler plus all of our bags etc.

Superb

Liked: The staff were so helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and kitted out with everything I needed. Tea and coffee, hairdryer, iron etc..And if you forget any toiletries they have complimentary mini ones.
Disliked: The only thing which could be better is the service and food in the restaurant. But it was still good.

Exceptional

Liked: Helen at the front desk was amazing, nothing was ever too difficult. The location is awesome, close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. Beautiful canel walk right outside and the church is a couple min walk up the road. We loved our stay!
Disliked: The lift was constantly not working!
