Clean, comfortable hotel

Liked: Clean comfortable hotel in lovely setting with good links to central London and Wembley Stadium
Disliked: Breakfast serving area cramped and chaotic when busy

Superb hotel in great location...

Liked: Very clean and well looked after hotel. Room spot on. Breakfast was superb with a great choice. Staff very friendly and professional. Would certainly recommend this hotel especially as London only 30 minute train journey away and Apsley station is literally opposite.
Disliked: Only slight downside was the lift was having repeated "funny moments". It was virtually unusable. As we were on the 5th floor it was quite a slog up the stairs. Not a massive issue for us but wud certainly be for some people.

Good location, good price

Liked: Easily accessible, good parking situation, good breakfast, easy to take the train to London - station nearby, good location when you want to visit the Harry Potter Studios. Would stay there again!

Disliked: A little pricy but then we were there during the Easter Holidays, and the place was very busy (excellent location for the Harry Potter World)

Nice location

Liked: The location is great. It was nice to walk along the canal and see all of the canal boats and locks. Typical of the brand and we have stayed in several over the years. Nice choice of self service breakfast with quality foodstuff. Very comfortable beds.
Disliked: Lift was being temperamental and my wife caught her head on the projecting light box above the pillows on the bed. Perhaps a different style or design would be better?
