Ok but have stayed in...
Liked: Not very much
Disliked: Poor breakfast, only sausage or bacon rolls that were not very hot. The pub across the road was serving meals but no cooked breakfast in the hotel, very poor. The beds are only doubles unlike other hotels that have king size beds

A nice stay overall
Liked: Most of the staff were great. Particularly those on the evening shift who were all really pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: We used the pull out bed and there was a n empty Pepsi bottle under it. Not nice at anytime but especially during Covid-19 times. Apart from that, all was good

Liked: Hotel was fine but air conditioning wasn?t working in any rooms. While the hotel supplied a fan, it was still uncomfortable for sleeping.

Nice and comfortable room, good...
Liked: Clean and comfortable room, good value and good location. Even though it was busy it was still quiet. The lady on check in was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not a lot of choice for the grab and go breakfast. The two ladies working on reception during breakfast were a bit unprofessional at times. They were having a loud conversation about other staff members while we ate breakfast, so we heard lots of information about certain staff being sent home and conflicts that had taken place. We also heard lots of gossip about personal things. This isn?t really what we want to listen to while we eat, particularly from staff members. Also, staff members smoke near the entrance which meant the downstairs corridor smelt very strongly of this.
