Liked: Following a delightful day, our evening continued with a wonderful experience at the Holiday Express Hotel in Hemel Hempstead. Once again, the staff were just as helpful as they had been earlier at the WB Studio. Their commitment to ensuring our comfort extended to Archie, our furry friend, who was pampered with a doggy bag filled with goodies, including a tennis ball, poo bags, and treats. Archie absolutely fell in love with the ball.The rooms were spacious, warm, and welcoming, providing a clean environment with all the essentials. We found conveniences such as an iron and ironing board, a smart TV, and tea and coffee-making facilities, as well as hand and body wash. If you happen to forget any essential items, they have a list of things they will deliver to your room free of charge.We enjoyed a snack from their menu, which was pleasantly nice and reasonably priced.
Disliked: The reception is on the first floor.

Liked: Close to the train station which makes it easy to travel to London. People are friendly and nice towards animals. The place is pet friendly :)

Lovely hotel

Liked: Staff were superb- they went above and beyond to be helpful. Great location near to Apsley Marina off the Grand Union Canal, with plenty of places to eat, large retail outlets, and a railway station with direct access to central London. Good buffet breakfast.
Disliked: Not sure the aircon in our room (428) was working- it just seemed to get hotter overnight despite setting the temp to 17°C
