Liked: Everything is brand new. Staff was helpful and helped with info of where things were.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The breakfast was the best thing about our stay. Location was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are not a disabled person.
Disliked: I booked the room on Bookings.com as a Suite-Mobility Access Roll in Shower. Also got the confirmation from Holiday Inn stating this could be accommodated. We we arrived it was a standard tub-shower. My dad who has a leg amputation could not get into the tub. I talked with front desk staff and was told because I booked on a site other than holiday in there was nothing they could do. I showed the staff the message from holiday inn stating we could be accommodated. She said oh well. My dad had to take a sink bath with a wash cloth which still isn’t easy because of the standing issues he has on his prosthetic.

It was okay.

Liked: Location was fantastic! Within walking distance of everything. Right across from the water rafting pickup location. The room itself was beautiful. The front desk girls were sweet.
Disliked: Cleaning staff was short and we had to check in an hour and half later than booking.com said we’d be able to do. Very frustrating as we planned our whole day and drive around checkin time. We waited twenty minutes in line to be told we’d have to come back later to check in cuz the room wasn’t ready. Then a cleaning lady came out and snapped at the front desk lady in front of the line of customers. It was very unprofessional. The pillows in the room smelled really bad. Like the down feathers had been washed and not dried properly and we couldn’t use those to sleep on. The walls don’t block out much noise so it’s super loud at night. We couldn’t really get any sleep. Overall I don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

4th of July Stay

Liked: Buffet lady was friendly and rest of staff were as well. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Other guests were smoking in pool area so that wasn't pleasant. Pool was cloudy but not that bad. Maybe a bit more cleaning?

Great location close to town...
