Disliked: They charged me more than I booked UT for,,was told it was the third party I booked through and probably right but was only my 2nd time in over 100 times that this happened ,lets hope I get my 75 extra returned

Liked: Close to all Hays locations.
Disliked: No housekeeping services were available due to staff illness, broken elevator and lack of communication from front desk staff for any assistance to move luggage. Hotel main area soaked with water from other hotel guests, stuck on elevator prior to it being deemed broken and not helped by employee to open doors who simply watched us struggle to get out. Spoke with hotel manager who could not offer any assistance since we booked through Booking.com. Hotel eventually offered $10 to reimburse for our trouble. At $325 with taxes per night, I would stay somewhere else.

Only there one night but...

Liked: Friendly staff, room was great.
Disliked: The shower spray was not very good. Like the part of the shower head was blocked.
