Nice but overpriced

Liked: All the staff apart from the typing man doing breakfast were friendly, helpful and super nice. The room was large and easily accommodated our family. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool.
Disliked: The price was insane! We will be meeting up in Hays a few times a year going forward to exchange grandchildren with our daughter who lives in Oklahoma. For the price i paid for this room i could've rented an entire house from air bnb and had a full kitchen to cook install of eating out. The price was crazy for all of us to be in a single room with no privacy but it was also to expensive to get a second room. We probably won't stay again for that reason.

Disliked: Rented two rooms got put on the third floor both rooms ac did not feel cool or at temperature desired and both units sounded rough

Liked: Nice and quite off the highway, room was very clean.
Disliked: No entry or exit on the West side of the building.
