More than Pleasantly Surprised!

Liked: Breakfast exceeded expectations, compared to other value hotels. Hot, varied, delicious, and served with friendliness and love by Patsy, the wonderful warm cook that comes out to greet you and makes sure you have what you want.
Disliked: Had half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. Maid forgot to refresh. We had to ask desk and come down to front to retrieve some t.p. because front desk person was on her own. No big deal. We know that everyone is trying to save money and 'guests' feel entitled to swipe anything that isn't tied down. Mistakes happen.

I never received my bonus...

Liked: The breakfast was amazing and the cleaning, cooking, and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our refrigerator in room 217 didn't work so we moved rooms then we moved to 213 and the TV went out. I was supposed to get bonus points for the inconvenience but I haven't received them. It wasn't cheap to stay and it put a damper on things to have 2 separate things mess up in one night. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Im hoping my next trip there is a little better.
