We asked for extra pillows and they were never brought. There were only two pillows on my bed while on the other there were three, and there were 3 of us in a two bedroom room. Also there was a comforter/heavier blanket missing on one bed. Thankfully, the heater keep us warm enough. Also, we had to ask for extra towels twice. Other than that, it was a great stay.
Liked: Very nice staff and very clean.
Disliked: Not enough pillows and one bed was missing a comforter.

Disliked: The location was awful. The view from the indoor pool was of a a truck stop gas station.

Liked: The breakfast was fine and fed the family. The room was nice and had plenty of space for a family of 6.
Disliked: We traveled on a day where the temperature reached the mid 90's. When we got to the room, the air conditioner was turned off. I understand that electricity is expensive, but if we did not show, someone could have turned the air conditioner back down. It took several hours for the room to cool down. Each time I spoke to the receptionist at the front, they had an attitude of "I'm not really interested in being here". The carpets were really dirty in the hallways, but that is very minor. The phones did not work in the rooms, and they were covered in old tobacco stains. When I mentioned it, the worker said "honestly, most of these phones don't work".

Liked: The room appeared clean and it was nice to have a pool for my son.
Disliked: My family confirmed the week prior to staying there that we were able to check in early for a fee anytime after 10am. We arrived at 11am but were turned away since the front desk said they didn’t have any rooms ready. They stated “we were over half way full last night and guests are not required to check out until 11”. If you’re over half full, that means you have almost half your rooms available for immediate check in. Also if you don’t require guests to check out until 11am why would you EVER offer early check in at 10am?!?! Seems like a 12pm check in makes a bit more sense. Also the fire alarm went off twice overnight after midnight and we were never offered even an apology for the disturbance. The front desk staff were also set up in a common area with their paperwork, personal food, and crafts on display for all guests to see. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel I’ve stayed at and seemed quite unprofessional. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
