Stayed here several years but...

Liked: I was in the area to attend an Event at the Carlisle Fairgrounds. Hotel location and cleanliness of the rooms was good but there were some issues.
Disliked: Worse part is there was no hot water 3 mornings of the 4 nights I stayed and even 1 evening (8:30PM). While I understand there is high demand early morning on weekends aligned with Carlisle Events, this was unacceptable. I did not have this issue the previous several years I've stayed here. The continental breakfast seems to decline year over year. The highlight previous years was the waffle maker, which was replaced by a slow, subpar automatic pancake machine which was just terrible. No biscuits and gravy this year like previous years. Eggs, Bacon and homefries were sufficient, but not the same. One morning the eggs were replaced with egg white, veggie omelets. Not a great decision considering the majority of guests were a bunch of middle age men going to a car show. Pool was nice and warm but just plainly needed to be vacuumed, there was a lot a sand in the bottom. Parking is a challenge as there are a number of people coming in with car trailers and box trucks. Space in the upper lot is tight and needs to be planned for by guests with oversized vehicles. My pickup and car trailer are 49 feet long and there are only a few spots that can accommodate that length. There were guests who were parking single cars in that area which made munerving trucks/trailers difficult. It was downright comical one night watching someone trying to back a trailer into a spot it obviously was too big for.

Liked: Room was very clean and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Only had warm in the shower the first night. After that it was ice cold and it didn’t matter what you tried or what time of day you tried it

Disliked: Staff did not know ice machines were not operational or not on floor. Had to check every floor. Remote did not work TV. The entire place, walls floors, everything dirty and dingy looking

Disappointed in the condition of...

Liked: The breakfast was good. Was in a hurry to leave the hotel due to condition of it.
Disliked: The front desk staff indicated the room booked for us was taken. Another room was assigned and check for cleanliness but the toilet did not flush. We were moved to another room that was not spic and span clean. Seemed like it had not been used in awhile and not refreshed. The faucets were not cleaned.

Great location while traveling through...

Liked: I get this hotel because it's next to the Buffalo Wild Wings. I can walk to it and back and not worry about driving. The water flow on the particular shower I had was amazing! The free breakfast was good as well.
Disliked: The hotel is on the older side and you can tell.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Everything seemed fine except the cleanliness. The elevator was dirty, windows were dirty and it seemed dated. The tv was not a smart tv so we were forced to watch cable when relaxing in the evening. No coffee in the room except for decaf and tea.
