Liked: Jose at the front desk was awesome!!
Disliked: I needed to wash some clothes and when my clothes were finished found out the hard way that the dryer wasn't working.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The front desk management were very helpful.
Disliked: The floors everywhere were filthy - there was trash littering the hallway floor when we checked in and it was still there the next day when we checked out. There is only 1 elevator used by both guests and staff so we often had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator.

Liked: Breakfast was ok! Staff was great
Disliked: Rooms are old and dingy, outlets for phones did not work, my room card key never worked had to go to desk to get card almost every time. Furniture in the lobby/dining were old, stained and ripped. Hallways smelled like dirty diapers

Late night stay

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: They couldn't find my reservation when we first arrived. It all worked out in the end.

Liked: It was fine
Disliked: We didn't get the room we paid for and went through extreme measures just to get some sort of justification. We paid for 2 queen beds but got only one king sized bed and when asked to get a refund they made us do so many things and we still haven't received it.
