Very good
Liked: Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.
Disliked: Lack of explanation as to the cause of the 5am fire evacuation.

Very good
Liked: Hotel really clean. Comfortable bed, bonus that there was a hair dryer, iron & ironing board in the room, plenty of plug points & usb ports. free breakfast included in the price, full English, cereals, croissants, fruit and yoghurt. Plus hot and cold drinks.Friendly polite staff, corridors, dining area were very clean. Great shower and the air con was good.

An ideal choice for Harlow
Liked: The rooms are perfectly well appointed with the bonus of free tea and coffee and a spotless bathroom. You can also control the temperature in terms of heating control.
Disliked: It does feel like the hotel needs a little bit of an upgrade though the TV was modern.

Great location friendly staff
Liked: Very conveniently located with friendly staff and the bonus of a free breakfast with a decent choice.
Disliked: The hotel was packed up breakfast so you need to choose your time carefully although the choice was fine and the staff were very friendly in delivering the breakfast which was a buffet but they were helpful.

Liked: I was put in disabled room with shower that was leaking all over the floor
Disliked: The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was extremely hot - guest was very noisy

Not too bad for the...
Liked: Overall, my first time at a Holiday Inn, even though I live locally to the area, however have stayed in many a hotel that wasn't by IHG. Very friendly staff, always polite and really helpful.
Disliked: In all honesty, I found the all day breakfast a tad too greasy with some of what was on offer, mainly the hash browns. Did also notice that there's not much of a selection for guests who have a limited diet / limited pallet due to neurological conditions such as autism.

Good value for money.
Liked: Comfortable beds, good size room and bathroom. Fine breakfast.
Disliked: Could be a little bit cleaner.

Good value hotel for a...
Liked: The room was clean and reasonably well appointed. It had a decent small sofa to relax on and the bathroom had good water pressure and lots of hot water. The included breakfast was very good with plenty of options of both hot and cold food.
Disliked: The air conditioner in the room was pretty loud. The town isn't the most pleasant and there are some rough characters around.
