Disliked: The evening meals were dreadful Pastry like concrete - bread roll with the buger just broke up. This food needs removing. The staff dealt with my complaint very well and I had a complentry bottle of cider - lovely. The young man on reception was efficient but it was like registration by a prison officer. Whatever happened to a smile and cheerful hello. I’ve used this location many times and with the price rises I expect better. Maybe I should try the Premier Inn round the corner?
