Disliked: Staff allowed a customer to fill pizza boxes(given by reception staff) up with food from breakfast room so little left for other guests

Overpriced and underwhelming

Disliked: Overpriced at £170 for one night. Very basic and tired. Advertised as dog-friendly but dog-tolerant at best and, at an unusually high additional cost. Only able to sit in small area downstairs for breakfast with no dining tables, cutlery or condiments on the coffee tables. Room was incredibly basic with no bedside table, broken hairdryer, no fridge, no air-con and looked very outdated. More like a hostel than a hotel and, for the price, they need to up their game massively as I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel in Glasgow for the same price but was visiting family so the location took precedence.
