Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. We joined the IHG rewards programme and were allowed to check out much later.Big spacious room. Comfortable bed. Decent enough breakfast. Simple to park for free at the retail park next door.Fantastic value for money.
Disliked: The 'Singapore noodles' we ordered for dinner were a little underwhelming.

Overall good value and friendly...

Liked: What I love is the location, rooms have essential tea/coffee, iron, hairdryer etc. Room meets my needs and staff are helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast is a little disappointing as you used to have takeaway coffee cups, takeaway bags and porridge tubs which were so handy on the go. You no longer supply these, so I end up having to pick an apple and leave.

Liked: Friendly staff. Comfy room. NO TRAFFIC NOISE! Great sleep. Ample breakfast.

Liked: Easy access, good parking, lovely staff. A nice welcome.Hotel was nice and clean.
Disliked: It is a cashless hotel!!, had i known that i would not have booked. I find that awful.Television in the room was small and situated too far away in the corner.Due to Not being given the choice of cash or card we as a private and business users we will not stay again.The customer should have a choice and not dictated too.

Liked: The service impressed me most about this hotel. The person who checked me in was welcoming, professional and kind and seemed to really care. The hotel was spotless throughout and finished to a good standard
Disliked: I was confused as to where I could park as I didn't check the website so this was my error. Parking is in the adjacent retail park.
