Liked: Everything was as expected....food was fresh and tasty. ..staff went out of their way to help with a private matter....would definitely stay there again...

Update your policies and producers...

Liked: That it’s central and has a lot of shops and restaurants close
Disliked: The manager was horrendous: arriving for breakfast my daughter was in long pjs she approached her and told her “get some clothes on” the tables were always dirty and always seemed short staff reception doing the bar

Cheaper hotels with better facilities...

Liked: Breakfast was reasonable
Disliked: The water pressure in the room and the shower was absolutely atrocious. Barely even a dribble.No air conditioning in the rooms, the one night I decided to eat food in the restaurant, i waited over half an hour after placing my order, for somebody then to come out to tell me they have no pasta penne, and could i pick something else. Then waited even longer, when food arrived it looked awful like a ready meal. The hotel was very expensive and poor value for cost. Staff were friendly and location was good
