Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable, the room lighting was designed to be autism-friendly. My partner has a disability and his needs were met.
Disliked: The toilet didnt flush everything. We had to flush more then once for it to take everything.

A great weekend

Liked: The staff especially Susanne were very helpful and friendly, nothing we asked for was too much trouble. The breakfast was very nice and everywhere was clean and tidy. The shower room, towels and soaps were nice
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like and I know it’s a very minor issue but the hash browns at the breakfast buffet were stored in a container which steamed them so they were soggy

Liked: I've come here many times, because my sister lives nearby, didn't get a sorry this happened to me, just asked my name and room number to put in book, room and everything else nice
Disliked: Didn't like that. I sat on chair at breakfast, and it broke, and I fell to the floor and bang my head on the table behind me,

Liked: I liked how clean and comfortable the rooms were.Also the staff were excellent and very friendly
Disliked: That there was no toilet brush in the bathroom

Great stay

Liked: The staff are always helpful and friendly,there is always plenty of tea,coffee etc in your rooms replenished daily plus clean towels daily and rubbish removed daily. Complimentary breakfast is very welcome and something for all tastes. It is next to the train station and close proximity to grimsby centre and Freshney place.
Disliked: We were on level 1 this stay previous stays we have been on the top floor. This stay we noticed very bad creaky floors that we did not notice on the higher level. Beds were too soft for us but comfy enough just sank into them a bit too much for our taste.
