Liked: The access for my mum in a wheelchair and the amazing staff who were really helpful and friendly this was our 3rd stay here and will book again

Overall good value for money

Liked: Breakfast was good good location very friendly staff clean and quiet
Disliked: The sofa bed in our room was not really comfortable and the floor was very creaky

Liked: The staff were absolutely brilliant like from start to finish! Christine justine nikki and jazz were outstanding and a credit to the hospitality sector.Made me feel very welcome and also give directions to where I needed without hassle as it's first time I've been to grimbsy and it won't be the lastFrom Newcastle with loveCheers !
Disliked: Ne brown ale is probably only thing I can say

Great 1 night stay

Liked: Everything, comfy, clean, modern, location was great, staff were lovely! Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Smell of cannibis on 1st floor, not the hotels fault but the guests! Really strong. Have to pay for parking every time you need to leave.

Very good Hotel for a...

Liked: I’ve stayed at this property before, and always found it to be well managed , clean and the staff exceptional. The check in receptionist was brilliant as was the gentleman checking us out. An extra mention to the breakfast hostess, who was very helpful and kind to our family . Well done.
Disliked: The only issue for myself was the pillows need replacing , very hard and lumpy.
