Very nice facility. Close to ECU and lots of dining around.

Liked: Great service from check in to check out. Breakfast staff very attentive.
Disliked: Bathroom tiles and towel bar need to be repaired.

Liked: Check in was quick. Shuttle was very timely. Staff were friendly. Bed was excellent. Shower was clean and stocked. Room was well organized and had everything we needed.
Disliked: Cinnamon rolls were out and the pancake machine was out of order, but the breakfast was fine. Pool was closed on a very hot day, but I assume that was because thunder and lightening was forecast.

Liked: We, come to Greenville every year to catch the ferry to Ocrcoke and Hatteras for our family vacation. We have stayed at this hotel the past 2 years and definitely plan to continue!! The staff is exceptional!! They are all friendly and great!! If we ever do have a problem they are prompt in fixing it!!

Liked: The property was nice and clean. Location in a convenient area close to to the hospital , restaurants and the highway. The front desk manager who check me in was amazing .

Liked: The manager was very accommodating. My daughter was sick and I called to see if we could check in early and he made it happen. I was very grateful.
Disliked: It was under construction. While the area we were in was nice I probably would not have stayed there during the renovation.
