Very nice facility. Close to ECU and lots of dining around.

Liked: Great service from check in to check out. Breakfast staff very attentive.
Disliked: Bathroom tiles and towel bar need to be repaired.

Disliked: When first checking in had a Problem with Front Desk Personal. Very Rude no Welcome or not very Inviting Seens like she was going thru Problem/ Situation just not very Welcoming, like she just didn't want to .be at work!!!

Disliked: The hospitality and unprofessionalism of your front dest. They didn't care about the issues with my room. I wasted $400+ dollars on a room that had a broken a/c unit and the staff didn't even care. When my family and I have our family reunion I will recommend to them and others people on social media not to book at this hoten.

Liked: It was me and my husband and the stay was fine. No complaints whatsoever. Stayed one night , slept great and staff was really nice. Did not see any bugs AT ALL and that is what matters to me the most. I would recommend to stay.

Location of the hotel was in a good place refrigerator wasnt keeping it cold. Breakfast wasnt that friendly.
