Superb

Liked: It is a nice, family friendly hotel. Quite convenient in term of access.
Disliked: There were noisy guests that I wish the hotel management regulates quiet policy, say, between 10pm to 7am.

Clean, comfortable, really quality stuff.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, bed was extremely comfortable. This is the only hotel we have ever slept well in.

Excellent Stay! I recommend

Liked: The breakfast selection was awesome! It was nice to be somewhere that offered actual breakfast items, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, toast, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, make your own pancakes, coffee, 3 kinds of juice, milk. I think the breakfast selection alone has made me a permanent guest.
Disliked: Nothing! Everything was great! I can’T think of anything to complain about.

Great Customer Service

Liked: Very nice experience. The night desk manager Jay was especially kind, great customer service! Nice views of downtown Grants Pass. Also, I don’t have kids this young any more, but I appreciate this setup in the breakfast room (coloring books & crayons in the corner under the tv). Keeps the kids busy while Mom & Dad finish their breakfast and enjoy their coffee! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
