Liked: Size of room was nice. Comfy. Pool was great. Breakfast was nice. Staff were nice
Disliked: The majority of our room electrical outlets did not work, including the ones on the night stand. One had a broken outlet cover near the entry table . All were loose. The shower was just a trickle. Elevator buttons were broken. The Burrata restaurant upstairs was AWFUL! Extremely expensive, $28 burger, terrible food, slow, paper plates, disposable cups. 0 out of 5 stars.

Good stay

Liked: Breakfast was good and friendly staff,location is good quiet area .
Disliked: Cleanliness is most important issue your property has i complained about a spider was in the room plus a spider net they didn't clean it all, floor carpet in bad condition and the ice maker freezer was out of service during my stay

Liked: Jamal and the staff were exceptional with the way they welcomed and helped us in every matter, and the room is clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back once I visit Niagara again

Liked: There was no towels, toiletries..I requested to clean the room and for extra towels..they didn’t do it..balcony was awful, not clean

Liked: Convenient location for visiting Niagra Falls. Pool was great for the kids. An added bonus was the rooftop restaurant and bar. We ate outside. Menu was kid friendly and prices were good. I would stay here again.
