Liked: Quiet
Disliked: There was nobody at the desk to check me in when I arrived. I waited 15 minutes and looked around for help before someone came to the front desk. At 5am I went down to find coffee… the person had her head down on the desk sound asleep and I couldn’t wake her to tell me where the coffee was.

Would stay again
Liked: Beds were comfy and the room was super clean. The tornado sirens went off during our stay and the staff were fantastic during that time.

Frustrated in Georgetown....
Liked: Easy access to the interstate, located near several restaurants, & businesses
Disliked: After checking in, my son & I approached the elevator to enter, when he pointed out a large damaged section in the back of the elevator.Upon entering the room, again my son pointed out the hallway ceiling light above the bathroom door falling out of the ceiling (I took pics) went to the front desk & reported it. No other room options available. I was worried of it being a safety issue for my son. Clerk indicated my rate would be adjusted for the inconvenience, however after checking out the following morning, it was NOT adjusted. After reporting the incident of the light in our room, we followed the signs to the indoor pool. Once we meet our way to the pool entrance, the pool staff had placed a sign on the door that once you entered the door that you were locked inside. The card access/card reader to exit the room laid on the floor in several pieces.... the note instructed the patrons to exit the building via the fire exit, walk the perimeter of the building & re-enter via the front lobby to access you room/elevator (as the temps were drastically plummeting (20° weather) the entire region. EXTREMELY disappointed in the facility after it had good reviews prior to booking my reservation. I would not recommend them moving forward
