Holiday Inn Express should evaluate...

Liked: The room was too small as per our requirements of 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel provided a sofa bed which was having iron rods poking for sides and hitting while sleeping on it. The room size was very small for 4 guests and hardly there was space to walk into the room. The washroom was not having a proper exhaust system and it was very stinky by flushing the toilet.Overall. I was not expecting such a bad experience staying at Holiday Inn Express.

Disliked: Key cards rubbish. Worked first day ,on 2nd day neither worked, after a long hot day haveing to go to reception to get 2 more and then only 1 worked.On checking out report this did not seem bothered no sorry, nothing

Liked: Staff were all helpful and the breakfast was good. Shuttle bus service was also helpful. Availability of food trucks is a plus.
Disliked: The air-conditioning in Room 506 was not cooling effectively.

Liked: Location was perfect, airoport and public transport is near, hotel was very clean and good size for two person
