Disliked: Musky smell in bathroom and hair on floor in bathroom; heat/air unit seemed a little loud and turned on and off a lot like it was not working correctly

Liked: The bathroom! I loved the lighting and mirror. The counter space was great. Great shower with options for water flow. The staff was super friendly. Early check in was allowed.
Disliked: Noticed small faint stains on one of the comforters.

Disliked: I asked for an extra hour to stay after checkout at 11 am. There was a monsoon outside and poor visibility on the road. Front Desk said policy was no delayed checkouts and then $50 to stay one hour extra. We checked out and waited in the car for an hour in the parking lot waiting for storm to pass. I suppose IHG won't charge me $50 for waiting in the parking lot or is that loitering?

The hotel was excellent and...

Liked: The staff was friendly and more than willing to take care of all our needs. Location was great for us. Breakfast was good.
