Clueless night staff

Liked: Rooms were comfortable and the room was a descent size good mattress and pillows.
Disliked: Had a booked room through booking. Com but when I arrived they had no reservation for me even though I got a comformat6number through booking sent by email to me . They provided me a room but was charged .Moore for the room than I was supposed to pay . Someone missed up each one bla.ed the other .Hopefully I got them to reduce my rate the next day hope no one has had this to happen to you the night check in person was clueless on what to do seems like they need more training.

Liked: I like the location, comfort and breakfast!

Short weekend trip!

Liked: I loved that this property was near a Walmart, jacks, Taco Bell etc…! Staff were absolutely great! Super friendly and willing to help in any way! Beds were nice.. comfortable. Food was good I loved the little omlets!!
Disliked: I was disappointed however with the lack of attention to the hotel. This would be a simple fix even as easy as wiping a base board, or noticing a leak and not letting it go so far that the furniture is deteriorating and coming apart, or that the chair was nasty and just needs a good cleaning.. but u will see pics! It explains it all.. this is a nice hotel just needs some tender love and care and some elbow grease! The headboard was scratched all to pieces.. And the toilet is very low to the ground.. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this could be solved easily.. with just better cleaning and attention.. our room had a smell to it and couldn’t figure it out till after we left.. but the refrigerate a wet paper towel under it, I guess fridge was leaking and I guess that was the musty smell we were smelling.. but like I said … attention..
