Breakfast excellent. Convenient, clean, quiet and friendly.

If you have quite a few rooms and not a lot of occupants, why would you place them all right in a row next to each other - spread the rooms out so people can have peace. Walls are paper thin - you could hear everything going on and then the maid starts knocking at 8:30 am to clean - it was miserable.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: The walls are paper thin; I could hear the man's phone conversation next door at 6am; the other side had their TV on until 2 a.m.

Disliked: I didn’t know it was under renovation when I booked.The toilet was hardly attached I thought it fell over.The floors were not clean in the room.

Terrific value for the location

Liked: Remarkably nice hotel given it was undergoing renovation. The rooms were still clean and in good condition, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was surprised how good the breakfast selection was.
Disliked: Would have been nice if we got one of the renovated rooms, but beggars can't be choosers. Also, since they provided us with a crib for our little one, staying on the first floor was advantageous coming and going to the car.

Liked: The location to the mall and airport
Disliked: The room was very dusty, carpet was extremely dirty, the room smelled of milldew, the sheets smelled stall. I could only stay for one night due to the conditions. I forgot my purse in the room on the tv stand when I checkout. I called back and was told housekeeping did find anything. Saturday I called hotel several times, NEVER an answer, Finally Sunday I was able to speak to front desk and was told the purse was there, However, I had already cancelled credit cards had passport FEDX to me so I could get on plane home to Chicago. Had the staff taken the time to look in the room I would not had incurred added expenses, Had the hotel staff cleaned the room, I would not had to find other accommodation. borrow funds from friends,This experience ruined the purpose of my trip to Texas.

It was a nice property...

Liked: The property was clean and quiet.
Disliked: The doors to the rooms need to be replaced. Some room doors have huge gaps that you can see through to the room. That’s not safe nor is it private. You never know who might try to take a peak.

Disliked: No phone in room, elevator floors and hall floors dirty, breakfast nothing really there except packaged items and cinnamon rolls which were gone

Don’t stay at this hotel

Liked: Room was not expensive.
Disliked: The front desk staff was rude. Only one ice machine in the building was functioning. There was mold in the bathroom. The furniture was stained and torn. “Free” breakfast was under cooked and selection was very limited.
