Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Semi truck parked on the street with the engine running most of the night.

Great stay as usual

Liked: It was a good stay. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We hoped for an indoor pool and spa as it was too cold to swim outside. My kids were a little sad.

Liked: The property was local to Kaiser which is what we needed. Great staff good rooms comfortable beds wonderful showers and yummy breakfast. The only dislike was our air conditioner was making a loud gummy noise that woke us up a few times as well as the people upstairs stomping around. Other then that it was awesome. Jacob at the front desk was amazing and helped us.

Very comfortable stay.

Liked: Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is excellent. Extra towels.
Disliked: Trouble with check-in. Booked through Booking.com and the hotel did not have our reservation. Elevators were broken., but check-in staff gave us a first floor room. Elevators were fixed by end of evening.

Disliked: We were put on the fourth floor and the elevator broke for the two days that we were there and there was no pool no hot tub. The breakfast was no good but other than that the staff was wonderful.
