Very disappointing for the price....

Liked: Good Location
Disliked: The shower paint in the tub was chipping off and the drain was just laying on the shower. the floor was still dirty, and the paint on the walls was chipping off

The stay was very disappointing...

Disliked: The hotel is under renovation which was not disclosed at the time of booking. There was persistent loud drilling, hammering etc in the room next door and down the hallway. It was so loud I was unable to work/participate in a remote meeting. There were workers in and out slamming doors and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The actual room was worn down and the tub had a rusty drain. In general the room was somewhat dirty, esp around the perimeter of the room/corners, which were dusty etc. Traffic outside was constant and also very loud.
