Exceptional

Liked: The hotel and the surroundings were very clean. The room was also clean. The staff was accomodating, the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Great value for your money...

Liked: Very clean hotel, EXCELLENT Breakfast (Hot/Cold) with lots of varieties. Staff was great! Great service. Rooms were very upscale with everything you need during a holiday.
Disliked: Had a small incident with one of the towels that had a stain and our $50 deposit was not refunded as a result.

Convenient and reasonable place to...

Liked: The staff were very nice. The room looked really nice and clean but the heater/air conditioner didn’t work well. It was way too hot. The staff said to turn the fan to high and that worked for about half an hour. Then it got way too hot again. We finally just unplugged it.
Disliked: See above. Also, no dark coffee. Fortunately there are good options nearby.

Disliked: Breakfast was over 30 minutes late, not the best maintained IHG hotel for sure, and kinda pricy for 1 night

Very clean cozy room.

Liked: The hotel is under new management. The rooms have been updated and are spotless!!
Disliked: There was a problem with the breakfast again (we stayed at this property last year). I think they were under staffed again. They advise breakfast @ 7 but didn’t open until 7:45. Not an issue for us, (McDonald’s is up the street) but for someone with a tighter schedule it might be an issue.
