Exceptional
Disliked: It was not pet friendly so we could not stay. Lost my money. Could not get ahold of a representative. It was all automated. It however was canceled so I feel I should have gotten a refund

Great location! Excellent employees!
Liked: The team members were helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.
Disliked: The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. They had firm and soft pillows. But only two soft pillows for three beds. One of the outlets didn’t work.

Liked: Room was nice and rathet comfortable. Breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I've had from a hotel.
Disliked: Though the showers were big the shower heads were dated and dirty. When changing the settings the water scale build up caused water to spray everywhere including outside the shower.
