Liked: One of the cleanest and updated rooms we have stayed, most enjoyable experience. All of the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Liked: The staff was very accommodating with our late check-in late request. The continental breakfast was wonderful.

Liked: Room was clean, Directions to Motel was very poorly marked on a Foggy Night. Staff was helpful. Also Breakfast was Nice
Disliked: Directions to Hotel was very poorly marked on a Foggy Night. Room TV didn't work, had to call from Desk to come and Fix it. Coffee pot didn't work in the ROOM. I feel every Hotel should have a " DO NOT DISTURB " sign in the Room, NONE.

Disliked: Rude staff; you have to use side doors to re-enter after midnight because lobby main entrance door is locked. My key wasnt working, staff didnt bother open the door for me, they just ignored me. I had to call my wife at 4:24 am to open the door for me

Disliked: This was the worst Holiday Inn express Ive ever been in. I need an update. The rooms are shabby and run down. The computers were so old that one would not even let me log onto Yahoo! Mail and the other one wouldnt let me open a PDF. Will not go back to
