Adequate.

Liked: Staff was excellent. Service desk personnel very good.
Disliked: The place needs updated. Clearly, the bathroom in our room was old- plaster missing, flooring damaged, old chalking. The breakfast area coach was very worn out and the upholstery was stained. The TV’s in the workout room did not work. The owner needs to invest in updating!!!

Descent but not perfect

Liked: It was ok, was expecting the pool, the reason I chose that location. Pool wad not in service, wasn't advised prior to booking.
Disliked: No pool, as advertised, out of service

Liked: The young lady was the best chef we have had at HIE. Bacon was perfect! All food was prepared great. Nice and clean. She was very helpful to my wife and i!
Disliked: In our room the coffee pot and the tv in the bedroom did not work.
