Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was non existent, bedding was itchy. Beds weren't comfortable. I booked for queen room and they were full size beds

Nice hotel but not good...

Liked: I did not stay there.
Disliked: Booking.com defaulted to a standard room when I requested a 2 queen room. This is unacceptable. I expect a refund on this booking as there were people that rented it as we were leaving. They had posted a no vacancy sign and the clerk even told me that was the last room available. So in accordance to the law that room is required to be refunded as it cannot be rented twice in 24 hours. Booking.com has been my go to booking agent but lately seems not to be providing good service.

Liked: Staff was excellent. Service desk personnel very good.
Disliked: The place needs updated. Clearly, the bathroom in our room was old- plaster missing, flooring damaged, old chalking. The breakfast area coach was very worn out and the upholstery was stained. The TV’s in the workout room did not work. The owner needs to invest in updating!!!
