Very clean and comfortable.

Liked: Super clean - seemed new. Pool area was well ventilated so didn't smell damp and musty like many indoor pools.

Clean, pleasant hotel stay.

Liked: Easy check in and clean pleasant process.

I would stay again there...

Disliked: The receptionist, Natalie was very rude. She first gave a room that was not clean. The next room she gave had an AC that did not work, the front metal cover fell on my feet when I went to check. When we went back requesting another change she was very rude and said she would cancel our booking and we can go elsewhere. This was at 8.30 at night for an advance booking. After a heated exchange she gave the next room which was clean and the ac was working. The property was fine but the staff was deplorable.
