Liked: Brilliant hotel perfectly located for grabbing the tunnel. Staff always super welcoming.

Adequate

Liked: A clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate stopover. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was as expected.
Disliked: Astounded by the £30 a night charge for our dog who is small, always clean, well behaved and doesn't shed. The website's information had said £15 a night when we checked before booking. From the receptionist's demeanour, we gather this is a frequent comment from customers.Hotel very close to main busy road so there was a lot of traffic noise even with windows shut.
