Liked: Handy for tunnell ,never had evening meal and away before breakfast so can't comment on food

Disliked: Vastly overpriced , and car parking fee on top , Staff called it a no frills hotel , At those prices ? No draught beer , just limited bottles , some food was uncooked and had to be sent back ,

Liked: The staff were excellent and the hotel was clean and seemed well managed.
Disliked: The price we paid was extortionate. Especially as we had family members staying who paid over £100 less for the exact same room we did. I appreciate we had an extra person but I don't understand how a child can cost £100 more when the room was a double with sofa bed, the same room size as couples. And the breakfast is meant to be free. Even the staff questioned the price on arrival. Had we have booked directly we would have paid much less. I use booking.com because I am a loyal customer and have used the site many times and on this occasion being a loyal customer has cost us a lot more, therefore we have been extremely dissatisfied on this occasion. For the price I would have expected a Kind size bed and bigger room. The hotel in this instance has done nothing wrong but the price paid did not justify the room when it was the same as a 2 person room or 3 person room. This is down to booking.com pricing.
