Liked: Location for Eurotunnel

Passable

Disliked: The shower handle in room 111 was broken, the water is leaking from the shower handle and water pressure is low.

Meet all exceptions

Liked: Breakfast was brilliant, Location for the shuttle is amazing
Disliked: Staff are friendly and location of the hotel is brilliant. Good car park and clean.

Great value clean and comfortable...

Liked: Easy to find, good location for visiting Folkestone. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Some of the other guests were very noisy late into the night, this was mainly from room doors slamming. Maybe you need more signage to let people know that they should close the room doors quietly late at night.

Noisy but nice

Liked: We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom was good. Bed comfortable. Everything you need.
Disliked: Very noisy motor way next to the hotel, woke up a few times during the early hours due to car noise.

First choice for an overnight...

Liked: Everything very good easy parking, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. 5mins drive from the eurotunnel

Liked: Staff very friendly , felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in , the young lad was so helpful and friendly & knowledgeable

Liked: Easily accessible . Quiet area. Some road works near the hotel but did not interfere with us as no work was taking place during our stay. Buffet breakfast was quite filling.Staff both at the main reception and in the restaurant were welding and helpful
Disliked: Our weddings were not changed though towels were renewed
