I would stay at this hotel again.
Liked: The employees were pretty friendly. The breakfast had a lot of options.
Disliked: The bathroom in the room could've been cleaned a little better.

Liked: It was close to the funeral home...The price was cool for the weekend....The room was clean but very small for a king suite....
Disliked: The construction and I got the king suite with sofa bed no bed linings were left in the room..Told the front desk lady she tells me it should have been inside the closet I tell her it's nothing in the closet and she gets a attitude.. The elevator was barely working take at least 4 minutes to come and it's only 5 floor's sounds like it's going to break....

The trueth about Holiday Inn...
Liked: Nothing was in operating order and I was lied to and charged for a room i never had access to!! So Motta.
Disliked: I reserved a room and assured it had a jacuzzi or spa style tub. I even called for verification. I arrive to check in and find out I was misinformed. In fact there was no tub at all!!! It was a handicapped shower only. Then I was informed there's no pool. And none of the rooms have WORKING jacuzzi tubs. Also the weight room was out of order so that's another strike. Then IM told there's no hot breakfast. Instead it will be a brown paper bag with oatmeal n whatever fruit they could find. So I said I didnt want the room. They offered me an upgraded room.....i still wasnt interested. He gave my card and I.d. back. Then I get a notification the next day I was still billed for the room. They straight lied n ruined my SWEETEST DAY PLANS. Then still took $136 from my card. Good job Holiday Inn

Liked: We booked last minute and the staff was very kind. They helped us check in really easy and made the short stay very worth it.

Liked: Although booking.com somehow was able to book a room that wasn?t available, Barb was great and accommodated is.
Disliked: Booking.com reserved us a room that wasn?t availble.

Liked: The bed was awesome! A brand new, clean, firm mattress. That was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, I can not say anything else positive. The night clerk was hospitable, she did her best to accommodate but they were short-staffed and I was left holding the cleanser! lol
Disliked: They did not serve breakfast as stated in the description of the hotel. Due to Covid-19, they will be doing "sack breakfast" but not the morning I was here. Though the day shift desk clerk said otherwise to booking.com when I complained. The room was dirty, very dirty carpeting. I was given a towel and bottle of cleanser to clean whatever I felt needed extra attention as the night shift desk clerk was the only staff available and she was checking in guests. We asked for a late check out which was at noon, housekeeping knocked on our door several times throughout the extra hour we asked for to sleep, we told her that we had a late checkout, she continued to come by like every 10-15 minutes, as if they didn't communicate with one another and I just didn't communicate to her! Why didn't housekeeping know to not bother us until noon! Oh, and we reserved a room with a bathtub, we got the room with the shower, dirty shower.
