The manager Rita was so helpful when we checked in. The room was very nice and clean. Rita also greeted us as we were leaving. We will be staying there in the future.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: None.

I would stay at this hotel again.

Liked: The employees were pretty friendly. The breakfast had a lot of options.
Disliked: The bathroom in the room could've been cleaned a little better.

Pet friendly but didn't charge...

Liked: The amenities. Pet friendly. Ease of booking. Cleanliness, free hot cocoa, free breakfast. Breakfast was outstanding. Breakfast staff was great.
Disliked: I was not informed of a pet charge at check in. Was not informed of a security deposit until I got there. I walked my dog at 8pm before bed and a floor maid asked what room I was in. When I got back to the room, they called the room and enforced a 75 dollar extra fee for the dog. I told her I wasn't informed and I had brought the dog past the desk. I would not have stayed knowing that but it was too late. This should all be done on booking.com. I was looking for a free place for the dog on booking.com. this needs to be more clear. I felt taken advantage of. The only reason I stayed was because my power went out, it was cold and I was dog sitting. If the situation arises again I won't choose this place and if I do I will never bring a dog. Way too expensive.

It was a good stay.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. The pancake machine wasn't working properly when I arrived to get breakfast. Other than that it was pretty good. They offered lots of options. I really appreciated the turkey option for meat because I don't eat pork.
Disliked: I would have like to have had hot coffee. The coffee machines did not have coffee all night and the coffee they did have was not hot.
