The manager Rita was so helpful when we checked in. The room was very nice and clean. Rita also greeted us as we were leaving. We will be staying there in the future.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: None.

I would stay at this hotel again.

Liked: The employees were pretty friendly. The breakfast had a lot of options.
Disliked: The bathroom in the room could've been cleaned a little better.

Surprisingly good. I would return.

Liked: The room was spotless and well designed. I particularly liked that the large LG TV was equally visible from the bed and the sofa. I'm a sofa TV watcher and it's rare that I can do so in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was a standout from the usual hotel continental breakfast. It included very good protein choices: pork sausage, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, and two kinds of omelettes. I wish there had been a restaurant on site.or adjacent, but a list of those within a mile or two was provided.
Disliked: There was a small coffee table by the sofa. It was broken, badly tilted,, and left shoved aside in the room. We reported it to the desk and asked for one that worked, but it couldn't be swapped out. Such things as lamps, coffee makers, and height adjustable furniture do break. There should always be a spare on hand, but in any case the broken item should NOT be left, shoved aside, in a guest room. It mars one's impression of an otherwise outstanding room.

Liked: The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The guy working the front desk was really slow and didn't appear to know what he was doing.

Disliked: The manager Barb is very rude, unprofessional, don't know how to great or treat her guests for one but we flyed in from Phoenix AZ at 7am I asked can I get a early check in and was treated so unfair not professional at all she said (Barb) they don't have early check in but she had just checked someone in before me but I said ok and left so we can find somewhere to get dressed for my uncle funeral end up late didn't get to see him for the last time cause the casket was closed but I did make it to get back to holiday inn like at 210pm and stand in line for like 20 to get to the young that was helping the guess and I will say she was very easy to deal with why (Barb) was at the other register playing in her purse and at like I wasn't there then when the young lady started helping me someone was behind me she called them right up got them a room then told me sorry but the lady that was working with me had to stop working with me and count out some change then told her I was to early 15 from 3pm ok come back at 310 paid $150 in cash for my deposit. So we was there 3 nights 4days one of the days we come back to the rooms and the door was just open I go down stairs and talk to (Barb) and she act like it was ok so I kept repeating myself that's not ok my belongings is in here no workers no cart just my door open and everything was done. So after this the next day we leave out like 5am going back home to AZ checking out to get my money they said they lost it and (Barb) said I had to come back and get it so I told them I was leaving going now going back home to AZ and they look like it wasn't anything they can do talked to (Barb) over the phone with the other lady basically nothing so I called 1800 holiday inn and put in a comment and hopefully I will get my deposit but I feel I should get all my money back what I went through.
