Great clean rooms

Liked: Clean, updated rooms. Given an upgraded room at no additional cost. Nice staff.
Disliked: Pullout couch was new and still had transport tie downs on it. Unable to open so I asked front desk and tgey just said to "manhandle it." Had to find a way to cut the tie straps and remove plastic covering the mattress. Then, had to call front desk again to get bedding.

Front desk staff is great...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Got two rooms and they put us on the 1st and 3rd floors. Both rooms had dirty sheets and dirty showers.
