Liked: Aimee the night receptionist was extremely helpful, she couldn't have done more for me at 2am in the morning! She helped me to pay for the parking and said if I needed anything just pick up the phone and dial 0. She explained about breakfast and how to get to the lifts even holding my case while I went for a last smoke. A lovely young lass with a genuine desire to help.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit solid!

Liked: good value, i like booking hotels that show the price that incudes the breakfast cost, this hotel was in a good location only 5 mins walk to the shopping centre, for the price it was functional and met out needs of a one night stay as we travelled on to our final destination.
Disliked: When i booked through Booking.com there was no mention of a parking cost which came as a bit of a shock, this was a reason for coming to this hotel

Liked: We loved the location and the breakfast was also very good with a good variety.
Disliked: The bathroom needs to be more carefully cleaned. There was hair behind the door and in the shower.

Liked: Central location. Clean and comfortable room. Quite small for a family of four, but manageable. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Parking with extra cost.
