People and services very nice

Liked: Breakfast was just ok swimming pool heated was fantastic
Disliked: I booked a suite but received a double queen bedroom

Left to wonder around premises,...

Liked: Good Clean room. Comfy Bed. Cleaned area..Ok. Deal.
Disliked: The television remote was mess up, locked in place. Staff - Response maintenance will return in 12hrs. They will fix then,-never came. Nobody follow us in a.m. @ ✅ out. Staff saw us and walked away. Hot tub,Was not hot, not in working order. Room not ready at time asked. Room not even ready till another hour after check-in time. Made wait- staff didn't checked with housekeeping staff. Lamp in room unable to turn Off. It was on all night. Switch unable to shut off.

Warning

Liked: Room was quiet and the breakfast was put
Disliked: I don't like it when a hotel gives you one price.And when you see it in your account , they took out more than they said with tax and room its .,149 dollars. In my bank they charged 172 dollars.. I didn't leave that big of a mess and it didn't take anything. It was not on my final bill the next morning. So I see this as stealing and sneaky and I do no longer trust this chain.
