Liked: This property feels like brand new, even though it’s five years old. The staff take meticulous care of it, and every detail is well thought through the rooms are appointed with ease and comfort of guest in mind, the place looks and feels sparkling, clean, and the breakfast Was just right to get you started for a long day of travel!It was also near several great restaurants, and we loved our meal at PF Chiang!

Disliked: Staff on front desk is rude, defensiveness and unprofessional. I brought to their attention an extra "daily" charge of 140.00 and 115.00 to my credit card when I had paid off completely my stay. I was informed it was a computer glitch when I asked how many customers were affected I was told, only me. When I attempted to differentiate computer glitch vs human error only one person. All men staff became defensive, rude and blame my bank for not returning my credit when they have already processed the refund. I attempted unsuccessfully to 'explain' that was not my bank issues but theirs because I shouldn't be charged to beging with, the attitude was of yelling and blaming me and my bank of such action. The worst experience ever.
