My husband and I have stayed in far better hotels and have only been charged £10/15 per night or whole visit for our dog. Would definitely not book a longer stay in the future - in fact, we will not return to Holiday Inn as a matter of principal. Charge cannot be justified even for cleaning of room. Very disappointed.

Liked: Room and breakfast were good. Completely spoiled by above.
Disliked: Only negative was the £25 charge for our dog. We only stayed one night!

Disliked: Every hour the air conditioner made a loud noise even when turned off, it was impossible to sleep.The drain in the shower did not work properly, even after a quick shower the water would come up to the toilet and the door and stay there for hours.The sheer curtains were stained and dirty.

Met all travel needs at...

Liked: Room had most things we needed. Staff was pleasant and helpful and when we asked to change rooms were accommodating.
Disliked: No luggage stand. I wasn’t sure but price listed seemed less than when I got there. But I hadn’t written it down so I’m not sure. . Breakfast was typical and after 3 weeks we just tired of it. Not hotels fault. Porridge would have been nice though.

Fantastic location & Friendly staff.

Liked: Amazing location, pretty much everything in town was walkable ! Room was a good size.Staff were very accommodating and friendly.Breakfast was ok.Luggage storage was great.
