My husband and I have stayed in far better hotels and have only been charged £10/15 per night or whole visit for our dog. Would definitely not book a longer stay in the future - in fact, we will not return to Holiday Inn as a matter of principal. Charge cannot be justified even for cleaning of room. Very disappointed.

Cosy room, great location, wonderful...

Liked: The location was perfect, less than 5 minute walk to the Royal Mile, and just down the street from Bannermans which is a great alternative rock bar. The hotel staff were so friendly, had a good laugh with them, and the rooms were clean, spacious and had very comfortable beds. All in all, we had a great time and will absolutely stay there again.
Disliked: The cost (like everywhere now) its quite pricey for what they offer but that said, it was one of the cheapest in Edinburgh. Midweek was a significant drop in price, in comparison to weekend charges which were more than double. The room was maybe a little on the darker side but it was cosy at night.

Liked: I really liked the location, cleanliness and friendly and very helpful staff. I also liked the fact that this location had a storage rental for baggage.
