Clean; good service from staff; room adequate; location good.

Disliked: Nothing, provided you can cope with the street life.

My husband and I have stayed in far better hotels and have only been charged £10/15 per night or whole visit for our dog. Would definitely not book a longer stay in the future - in fact, we will not return to Holiday Inn as a matter of principal. Charge cannot be justified even for cleaning of room. Very disappointed.

Liked: Room and breakfast were good. Completely spoiled by above.
Disliked: Only negative was the £25 charge for our dog. We only stayed one night!

Liked: The location was perfect, easy walking distance to all the main attractions in and around the old town. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The size of the room was very small and it was extremely overpriced for what you got.

Not worth money you spend....

Liked: Location is good and walking distance from main city centre, Edinburg castle is also accessible by walking little longer.
Disliked: I was travelling with my family and stayed for one night. Not at all accommodating for any request, like even didn’t accommodated 1 hour early check in. Very basic facility, even a simple B&B in Portree provide much better room, facility and breakfast.
