It was a quick stop...

Liked: Easy to get to via the tram. Very comfortable bed and room. Breakfast consisted of a good choice of foods and was lovely
Disliked: I was happy with it - met my needs although would have been good to have some information in the room about things to do and getting around the city.

Disliked: The drainage in the bathroom and wash hand basin was bad

Good hotel

Liked: The tram station is infront of the hotel. You can go easişy to city center in 15 mins. It is good that the breakfast is included to toom price.
Disliked: There was a bad smell when we entered the room. Check-in time is 15:00. It is not useful for the tourists.

Disliked: Prices are too high and facilities are nothing even not providing complementary water will not visit again

Crap rude staff

Liked: Breakfast and room was good although one of them the tv did not work we had 3 rooms
Disliked: We gt there at 12 told them we wid be bk at 3 to check in just leaving car at moment came bk told rooms nt ready told another 40 min wait, waited still only one room ready, then told all ready we went up staff still cleaning them finally got the rooms at 4.50pm offered a soft drink as a good will gesture asked for an extra hour to check out as we gt our rooms late by 2 hours told they couldnt do that, the staff were abrupt the manager asked them why we were waiting and then disappeared into office
